Bluestone Children’s Center offers center-based therapy for children diagnosed with autism in a positive, preschool-style environment designed around their individual needs.
We understand the stress and confusion that may come in learning your child has an autism diagnosis; therefore, we are here to create a supportive community for you and your child(ren) and are committed to being your advocate throughout every step of the process.
Every child in the program receives one-on-one individualized treatment intervention and added programming to generalize learned skills into a more natural, preschool-style environmental setting.
Along with structured learning opportunities, Bluestone’s daily schedule consists of an opening group circle, group snack, arts & crafts, social groups/group learning, and a closing circle. This schedule is designed to help prepare your little one to transition to the most natural, least intrusive learning setting possible upon graduating from the program.
Keeping this in mind, we encourage all parents and caregivers to take an active role in their child’s therapy. To facilitate this, Bluestone provides hands-on parent training throughout treatment and we offer an open door policy to parents with children enrolled in the program.
Bluestone Children's Center was created to meet the need for quality therapy that incorporates the whole family along with local community.
